The Crooked Stroke

Welcome to The Crooked Stroke. TCS is a resource site providing what I hope are some useful tools for webdesigners and graphic artists alike, as well as some avatars, Livejournal icons and Kolobok style emoticons for everyone.

This site is owned and created entirely by me, Vianne, and all resources and materials herein contained are copyrighted by me. It is hand coded using Notepad; the graphics and layout were made using Corel PSP X and Adobe Photoshop CS. Not all sections of the site are finished at this point, but I will do my best to complete them as soon as possible. Why is the site called "the crooked stroke", you ask? Well, the name is derived from a stanza of Robert Frost's poem "Looking For A Sunset Bird In Winter":

A brush had left a crooked stroke
Of what was either cloud or smoke
From north to south across the blue;
A piercing little star was through.

I thought it rather appropriate for a site dedicated to graphics and graphics resources. So now that we've got that sorted, I hope you enjoy browsing here, and find some useful goodies to take away with you.
